TITLE CARD: Earl takes ERLEADA®: 240 mg tablet in orange juice

SUPER: ERLEADA® is available in two different strengths: 60 mg tablets and 240 mg tablets. Check your bottle to make sure you are watching the video for your prescribed strength. Tablet shown is not actual size.

Morning time, with a confident Earl in his modern home kitchen.

NARRATOR/VO (NVO): Let's say good morning to Earl.

In multiple split screens, we see Earl in several activities around the kitchen, all with an easy, graceful sense of accomplishment (eg, flipping pancakes, putting dishes away on a high shelf, setting up the coffee pot, solving a crossword clue with his partner, Leda.)

Earl is a man who does most things with ease.

The split screens dissolve, leaving just one Earl. He shrugs and gives a look to camera that says: "Hey, I'm only human!"

With one exception: swallowing pills.

Earl confidently gestures to an overlay of dosing items that slide across the screen in front of him on a smooth and elegant animated carousel: a glass and spoon, an applesauce container, a carafe of noncarbonated water, and a carton of orange juice.

But that's not a problem with ERLEADA®.

You see, you can take an ERLEADA® 240 mg tablet one of several ways if you have difficulty swallowing a whole pill.

A quick pan from Earl to introduce Leda properly.

Close-up on Earl's hand: we see he is holding 1 ERLEADA® 240 mg tablet. With his other hand, Earl gestures to Leda with a casual "Bring it on!" gesture.

Leda at the kitchen table. She spins around a "lazy susan" with several items on it so it brings a container of orange juice to the fore.

TITLE: You may also replace orange juice with applesauce or noncarbonated water.

So Earl is going to demonstrate…

…how he takes his once-daily, ERLEADA® 240 mg tablet with orange juice before he and his partner—whose name is Leda, naturally — start their busy day.

Leda, the orange juice, please!

Earl holds up the ERLEADA® tablet. As he releases it —

— an "in sync" Leda slides an empty glass in below just in time for the pill to drop in.

Close-up as the tablet clinks into the bottom.

First, place one 240-milligram tablet of ERLEADA® into a glass or cup…

Earl pours in the noncarbonated water.

On the glass is written: 2 teaspoons (10 mL)

…and add 2 teaspoons of noncarbonated water.

Close up on the immersed pill on the bottom of the glass, with the tablet beginning to disintegrate and break apart in the water.

Make sure the tablet is completely covered in water.

Earl and Leda stand side by side. Each shakes their head gently as they point knowingly to a small icon that appears over the scene in front of them.

Earl points to a small mortar and pestle, Leda to a small knife. A "no symbol" slash animates over each of the icons.

Do not crush or split the tablets.

Earl and Leda in front of an oversized clock as it ticks over to the 2-minute mark. They face off in a friendly game of cards.

After drawing a card, a gently smiling Leda turns her cards in Earl's direction so he can see. His reaction is in his affectionate eyes and expression, born of many games together—she wins again.

TITLE: Wait 2 minutes.

Wait 2 minutes until the tablet is broken up and spread out…

The next three shots, Earl and Leda move in harmony:

Earl does a quick, stylish stir of the water with a spoon.

…and stir the mixture.

Leda slides in to add 2 tablespoons of orange juice to the glass.

On the glass is written: 2 tablespoons (30 mL)

Next, add 2 tablespoons of orange juice.

If you choose noncarbonated water or applesauce, then add those instead.

Earl slides back in to frame to once again stir with a spoon.

TITLE: Stir again.

And stir the mixture again.

Earl holds up the glass; Leda gives him a thumbs up.

Earl knows how to get it done!

Earl glances in the glass to make sure it's well mixed, then tips it into his mouth, swallowing it.

TITLE: Swallow immediately.

Now it's time to swallow the mixture right away.

Close-up of faucet filling the glass with water.

TITLE: Add water and drink right away.

Rinse the glass with enough noncarbonated water to make sure the full dose is taken—

Earl swishes the water around in the glass and drinks it down.

TITLE: Add water and drink right away.

—and drink all of it immediately.

Earl approaches the open fridge with his orange juice glass.

Leda swings the fridge door shut before he can place it inside. She gives Earl a "Seriously?" look. He responds with a "Who, me?" look.

A "no symbol" slash appears over the fridge door.

TITLE: Do not store ERLEADA® mixed with orange juice, noncarbonated water, or applesauce.

Do not store ERLEADA® that is mixed with orange juice, noncarbonated water, or applesauce for later use.

The kitchen table is set for breakfast. Leda looks appreciative as Earl dishes out the yummy pancakes he was flipping earlier.

Nicely done! Now they can get on with their day. And so can you.

Earl and Leda to camera, joining hands as they smile and take a small bow.

Thank you, Earl and Leda.
