No matter what type of insurance you have—or even if you don’t have insurance—we can help explain your medicine insurance coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs and help find programs that may help you pay for ERLEADA.

Eligible commercial patients pay $0 per month for their ERLEADA medicine.

If you are enrolled in Medicare or have limited income, here are some key programs you may qualify for:

  • Medicare Prescription Payment Plan is a payment option that helps you manage your out-of-pocket cost for drugs covered by your plan by spreading the cost across the calendar year (January–December). Anyone with a Medicare drug plan or Medicare health plan with drug coverage (like a Medicare Advantage Plan with drug coverage) can use this payment option, and participation is voluntary. Learn more
  • Medicare Part D Low-Income Subsidy, also called Extra Help, allows low or no prescription co-pays with no monthly premium, no deductible, and no gap in coverage. To qualify, you must have limited income and resources.
  • State-sponsored programs may be available for people with limited income and resources to help cover prescription costs or Medicare premiums, deductibles, or co-insurance. Find out if your state has a program that can help you.
  • Medicaid provides free or low-cost health coverage to eligible patients. Certain states have even expanded their Medicaid programs to cover people with incomes below a certain level.

You can call your ERLEADA withMe dedicated Care Navigator at 833-JNJ-wMe1  (833-565-9631), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET. Your Care Navigator will work with you to schedule regular check-ins, but you can also call them if you have additional needs or as questions come up.

Yes. You will be paired with a dedicated Care Navigator who will check in with you every now and then. They will be the person providing you with educational support and resources throughout your treatment journey during your check-in calls.

The ERLEADA withMe program is completely free if you or a loved one has been prescribed ERLEADA for an approved, on-label use and are 18 or older.​

J&J withMe is a patient support program that offers different savings options and resources at no cost to patients to help them learn about, afford, and stay on their medicine. It includes the J&J withMe Savings Program, J&J withMe account, and other helpful resources that are specific to each J&J medicine.

You may also hear it referred to as ERLEADA withMe.

Yes. You may opt out of ERLEADA withMe at any time, or simply ask for less frequent communication. If you no longer want to receive communications from us, you may opt out by contacting us at 833-JNJ-wMe1 (833-565-9631).
